Christine Savidge is a music teacher and professional violinist. She began playing violin and piano at age 7 and soon began performing for weddings and other venues such as the Indianapolis Children’s Museum. In high school, she performed in several side-by-side concerts with the Indianapolis Symphony. She has since performed with many college symphonies and the New Sussex Symphony. She has been teaching violin and piano for 15 years and enjoys teaching a blend of classical music, bluegrass and other genres. 

Christine has studied with Suzuki teacher Jillian Chrisman and traditional teachers Vladimir Krakovich, Mark Zelmanovich, and Anna Vayman. She received her Bachelor’s in Music from Ball State where she focused heavily on education classes as well as violin performance. In her free time, she enjoys reading and going on outdoor adventures with her family.
