Kim Woody began piano lessons at the age of 7, and continued all the way through high school. She pursued her bachelor’s degree in piano performance at Pensacola Christian College. This provided many opportunities for musical growth including studying music theory, private piano instruction, choral conducting, collaborating with other musicians, accompanying, group cello lessons, and the opportunity to present a senior piano recital.

Before moving to Indiana, Kim taught music for four years both in private lessons and in a school setting that included choir, instrumental ensembles, handbells, and small vocal ensembles. Kim also enjoys playing the piano and cello for weddings, church services, and for fun in her own spare time. She takes great joy in sharing her passion with others and helping her students grow in their knowledge and love for music.
